My old PC had the same speeds, but the new one i built in December has got an issues with speed. My PHONE uploads faster than my PC. Im running an Asus VI Extreme Motherboard with the correct Drivers. All cables are checked and good. Using Windows 10. Have turned off the Power saving Ethernet option under Devices, and still nothing has helped. Not sure where to go, but this is crucial to my work and currently my old PC isnt cutting it.
