Hi guys, is it possible to replace the reservoir on the EK-XRES 140 Revo D5 (https://shop.ekwb.com/ek-xres-140-revo-d5-pwm-incl-pump) with the larger EK-RES X4 250 (https://shop.ekwb.com/ek-res-x4-250)?

Thanks for you help,

Matt

From what I can glean they are different base sizes so swapping wouldn't be easily achieved. The D5 has an M74 mounting nut, while the X4's is a M90 mounting nut. If they are following convention, the M90 is 90mm diameter while the M74 is 74mm, I found no adapters through EKWB that might allow for mounting the D5 to the X4

Thanks for that, really helpful info. Do you think the best option (to have the pump right under the res and on show in the case) would be to get the EK-XTOP Revo D5 (https://shop.ekwb.com/ek-xtop-revo-d5-pwm-incl-pump) and mount the res directly above it with it's out port on the bottom directly into the in port on the pump through a small G 1/4 male-male adapter?

Or are there any better pump/res combos with larger resevoirs (about the size of the ek 250 res) that you could recommend? Because the outlets on the res aren't in the centre so wouldn't line up exactly witth the inlets on the d5 pump and it might look a bit odd/be more troublesome to mount.

Thanks.
