I guess I'll assume that you have the money for your entire build now. Personally I would go for the 970, but I guess I'm kind of an impatient person. The 970 will serve you just fine for gaming, streaming, photoshop, pretty much anything. But let me explain something else. The CPU you have chosen is terrible for the price. Just because something has a bigger number or says i7 doesn't necessarily mean it's good. Instead of the i7 6700, get an i5 4690k. It is much, much better.
Are you using it for a laptop as an external GPU? Or are you just ordering parts for a desktop? Because if you're building a new PC, you should wait until you have the money to order all of your parts at once, so if something comes dead on arrival you can send it back with no problems.
