Whats the difference between ASrock z170 pro4 and Asrock z170 pro4S?
The only difference that i saw it was that one has 5.1 and other 7.1 and that the ASrock z170 pro4 has more aesthetic things on the motherboard.

Solution
Pro 4S is a non-fancy version to cut costs:
- The heatsinks are simpler.
- the chokes look simpler.
- no rear IO cover.
- normal CPU caps are used.
- the audio solution converts down to a half-jack.
Guess I shouldn't trust PCPartpicker. Your right. I looked at the specs on Asrock's website. Apparently, the "S" designates ATX, solid capacitor design.

From a review:

A shopper asked:
What differentiates this model from the Z170 Pro4 (no 's')?

Ian G:
The Pro4 has 6 audio connectors on the rear panel, while the Pro4S only has 3 (though both have the same audio codec.) - The non-S also has additional shielding/heatsinks on the power delivery area, and the marketing suggests higher quality Nichicon caps (they're not mentioned on the Pro4S.)
