Im getting strange temperatures with my new cooler

Hi I'm having problems with my pc, I installed a new cooler NOX H-200 and im getting some weird temps.
I don't know what is happening in idle CPU 0 is at 0.3C (that's impossible) and getting max 27.9C
but CPU 0 Package says max gaming 76C and idle 55C

Can anyone help me with this?

Try this program first, http://www.amd.com/en-us/innovations/software-technologies/technologies-gaming/over-drive HW Monitor is not very accurate with AMD platform.

this is a log (using that program) with all temperatures during an Arma 2 chapter

and this is while im searching in chrome. The weird thing is using chorme makes the cpu to stay max at 70 degrees while in Arma 2 is at 64 degrees max. And sometimes de temperatures drops 10 degrees instantly and go up 10 degrees too.
This have no sense
