Alright first of all here is my PC:

Intel Core i3 540 (1st gen)
Intel DH55PJ Motherboard
Cooler Master EXtreme II 625 Watt PSU
4 GB Corsair XMS3 DDR3 (2x2GB) Ram
Sparkle Nvidia GTX 580 (1.5GB) GPU

Now for the problem. First I set my PC to start automatically whenever there was a Power outage (My country has alot of Power outages). So one morning I woke up and turned on my Monitor but there was no Display. I restarted PC but still no display. I took out my GPU and connected my DVI cable to Mobo. And it gave display. I thought there was something wrong with my GPU so I took it to a friend and it worked perfectly fine. Just to be sure I played a few games on his PC . Played BF3 on ultra, FO4 on ultra, Naruto etc. Every Game played on ultra without issue.

Now I dont know what the problem is. I thought RAM was faulty but i had 2 more New Rams to test and they didnt work either.

I kept my GPU outside my case for 2 days, and then decided to Reinstall Windows and update ALL my drivers. ALL. And so I did. Next when the computer was ready I put the GPU back in the case and it Worked somehow. PC booted, Windows loaded so I thought it was ok now. So I was downloading Driver for the GPU and something happened. The display kept shuttering and there were weird lines on my monitor. Each time the lines showed up, my Display got off and turned back on. It happened 3 times. The 3rd time the display was gone for good, and it was black again like before with the (No signal) message on my monitor.

Now I dont know If my Motherboard is faulty. What do you guys think and can i give my Mobo for repairs?

Thanks.

Solution
It sounds like the power supply is failing as it is not supplying enough power to your gpu and common symptom to yours. I would swap it to a good one and see if this works.

Got the same problem, my graphics card won´t display at all (Got a gtx 970). I decided to pull it out at replace it with an old gt 9800, it worked perfectly. I just dunno whether it is the PSU or GPU that´s broken.
I got a Corsair 650RM
