Ram problem it shows 4 instead 8gb

Why does my computer show that i can use only 4 gigs of ram when i have installed 8?
Specs:
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P
Ram: http://ram.hw-specs.com/Team_Group_TED34GM1333C9BK/ 4gbx2
Please help !!!!

do you have a 32bit or 64bit os? if you have 32bit then that will be the reason you only have 4gb showing up cause 32bit os only supports up to 4gb of ram

go into msconfig then click ''boot'' then clock ''advanced options'' then make sure ''maximum ram'' is unchecked then restart then it should be showing all the ram. if this doesnt work make sure you have your ram installed in the same color of ram slot. if this doesnt work then try installing one stick at a time to see if the both work

I have tried both methods and i am only with dual channel with the same color https://gyazo.com/8fa9e85c16c7af4eb27fed11581121f7 and now you can see that i have 6 gigs that are shown but i can use only 4

Installing two 4GB modules shouldn't show up as 6GB, so that's troubling.

What does your BIOS say? What does CPU-Z say? What does Memtest86+ say?

Maybe the os got damaged or corrupt? Try to post BIOS, CPU-Z like joex444.
