I have decided to use amd fx 9590, crosshair v formula z and r7 250 for my gaming pc but will they be compatible with each other? In addition I have chosen the new scythe fuma to cool the 9590 but I am unsure whether it will be sufficient.

Yes it is compatible. Make sure your Mobo can run a 220w cpu and that your PSU is from a good tier 1-2 and it'll run fine.

An r7 250 should get playable fps and I'm unsure about syndicate, from what I remember it's extremely taxing on a PC so it may be playable on low settings.

Ok, but will they be compatible with each other? And could they handle games like gta v or assassins creed syndicate? I know the 9590 can get extremely hot but it is the cpu that I have chosen and I would say that it performs more like a i7 4790k.
