So I have had two case fans on my 4 year old PC for about 3 years now, both are 3 pin fans which connect directly to the motherboard. One is an AeroCool 120MM fan (Exhaust fan) and the other is a fan from an old Zoostorm computer 80MM (intake), It has no stickers on it at all. According to CPUID HWMonitor the fan % adjusts accordingly to the motherboard temperature. The AeroCool fan never dips below 50% and never goes above 60% while the other is stuck at 100% (has dipped to 95% in the past).

What I need to know is, does this motherboard support CHA_FAN voltage adjustment and PWR_FAN voltage adjustment using PWM. According to the manual and website it does and can be manually controlled using Asus FanXpert. I have tried this and the only fan I can manually control is the CPU fan (Which tops out 1200RPM and brings up warnings when it dips below 600RPM) (This is not the stock cooler). I have also tried speed fan and it does show PWM1, 2 and 3 with a percentage box next to it. I have adjusted these all to 100% and then all to 0% with no change to fan speed.

The motherboard is updated with the most recent firmware and the computer is running on Windows 10 Home Premium X64. Could this be a problem with the motherboard? Also when my PC has been shutdown all the lights on the case stay on and my backlights on my keyboard stays on, aswell as the laser on the mouse.

PC Specs:
AMD A6-3500 Tri Core@2.1Ghz Turbo Core@2.4Ghz (I have overclocked to 2.76Ghz, any further causes instability)
8GB DDR3 Ram@1333Mhz (Overclocked with CPU at something around 1450Mhz)
550w CIT powersupply
AMD R7 260X
