A few days ago I built myself a new computer

- Intel i5 6600 3.3 GHz Skylake
- Gigabyte Z170X-Gaming 3
- 2 x Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2400
- Sapphire Nitro R9 380X
- Samsung EVO 850, 500 GB SSD
- Western Digital Blue 1 TB HDD
- Cooler Master V550 modular PSU

When I try to turn it on, the CPU fan starts spinning for a short period of time and then stops and the computer restarts itself. Some times there are six loud beeps and some times nothing. After a few restarts there is a single short beep and it boots to Windows.

When it turns on, it works flawlessly. I can use it for hours (mostly gaming) without any problems.

Restarting works without problems too. When I restart, it always boots on the first try. Also when I try to turn it on shortly after(10-15 min) it was turned off, it boots on the first try.

But when i leave it off for a few hours, over night or while at work, the problem appears.

I made a video showing the problem:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IGi_bcltF-o

As you can see in the video, it restarted three times before booting up.
1. I press the power button -> CPU fan spins for a while -> restart
2. CPU fan spins for a while + 6 beeps -> restart
3. CPU fan spins for a while (but shorter than before) -> restart
4. Successful POST (one beep) -> boot to Windows

It says here that six beeps indicate keyboard error but i don't think that is correct

I tried everything from these threads but nothing helped

If anyone had a similar problem or knows what might be causing this strange behavior, please, share your ideas.

Those boot loop indicated the PSOT does not go well, like the hardware problem or may not work properly. And you may try to clear the BIOS first, then go into the BIOS reset the setting, make sure the RAM in XMP profile setting, also disconnect the 1TB HDD too, just try use the minimum hardware during the troubleshooting.
And make sure you have the newer driver for your PC, like intel chipset driver, intel ME driver, if you use the game keyboard/mouse, also update that driver too.
