hi I am currently looking for a new computer that i will be using for Auto CAD and 1080p gaming at high to ultra. My budget is round about 550 pounds excluding case as i bought a itx case (hense why it is itx) i've created 2 build ideas already but i need some opinion on what to change as i do not have a good knowledge on computing hardware.thanks :)

here are the two builds

Same question, regarding the PSU/Case/OS. Just going by the hardware posted, I would meet in the middle, and go with this. You get i7 4770 performance, and a bit better GPU.

Which case did you buy? Some mITX cases can limit GPU or PSU sizes, but without knowing the case it's difficult.
**EDIT** Nevermind, I see the case.

Neither build includes a PSU, do you have one you plan to use?

The 550 budget, is that including the case? How about the PSU? What about an OS?

i'd lean towards the i7 build, since it's easier to overclock a GPU and easier to upgrade one in 2-3 years. even though AutoCAD is mostly single-threaded, and you'd think that having extra cores and HT is pointless, that i7 has better single-core performance anyways, so..... win win!
