I had 3 sound drivers installed by accident for a week or something after building a new PC. Now I disabled two of them (Nvidia High Definition Audio and Nvidia Virtual Audio Device) because they were causing PC shutdowns.
Now whenever I play CSGO and some other games, My sound is boxy like a surround. I changed my headphone settings from 5.1 Surround to Stereo and it still sounds absolutely shit.
Any fixes?

In your last post you asked where you could get Sound Blaster drivers. If you don't have a sound blaster sound card, why did you ask for their drivers?

If you don't have a sound card, I need the name of your motherboard to find the correct drivers.
It seems as though you have an environmental effect on in one of your sound drivers. First I'd recommend that you uninstall all your audio drivers and only re-install what you need.

The two HDMI drivers are from Nvidia's graphics drivers and are only needed if you are using an HDMI cable hooked up to your video card. Uninstall your video drivers and re-install them without HDMI audio drivers if you don't use HDMI. You also want to uninstall and reinstall your regular audio drivers.

Make sure that you are using the correct version for your windows OS. You should be getting Nvidia drivers from the Nvidia website and Realtek drivers (if you have realtek audio) from their website.

Hey, I have a TV instead of the monitor connected with a HDMI to the Graphics Card so do I need to reinstall any of those two drivers? Keep in mind, with those two drivers I had my PC shutting down on games such as Skyrim when it should easily run them without a problem. Also, where can I get SoundBlaster Recon 3Di drivers incase mine are out of date?

I don't think I have a soundcard. When I tried to install the drivers, it said the setup couldn't find the product.
