I currently game on a PlayStation and Im looking to upgrade to PC on a 750 dollar budget. I have a build planned out and I'm just wondering if there are any suggestions in order to make this build have a better bang to buck ratio.

No need for K version processor on an H97 motherboard which can not overclock it

This is about the same price and an be overclocked despite being a locked processor .
It is the latest intel skylake hardware
