I have a ASRock Z97 killer series LGA-1150. But, the Internet sometimes is really slow, so, there is other driver that i can use instead of killer e2200? *like a driver for a normal ethernet port?

Firmware, BIOS, and driver updates as well if you haven't given those a go. Or, perhaps older versions of the drivers or firmware might produce a better result if there is a bug in the latest versions.

As I understand it the objective of that card's design is to prioritize certain traffic. I would shut down as many unnecessary software one at a time to see if the problem goes away.

I rarely would point to your ethernet connection or it's driver as the cause for a slow internet connection. Far more likely are things like faulty cable/switch/router. Overshared inhome connections. The site you are visiting. Certainly in the case where it is sometimes slow and not all the time.

If it was all the time, since you started using this and only this computer with other cables tested, then you might have a point.

Right now good questions to answer might be: what type of internet connection, how many people are using it and how is everything connected to the wan router?
