Lag spikes on games (LoL, CSGO mostly)

Hello, I have recently starting to get random FPS drops. I don't know why. My computer worked fine and all, until now. I've only upgraded my RAM from 4 to 8 GB. I have also used a "Computer Cleaner" that blows air on my components.
An exemple is that on CSGO, I randomly get these huge "lags" and my fps drops alot and fast. It usually happens when something is going on (Alot of granades exploding, gunfire, etc).

My Specs:
CPU: Intel i5 3.30GHz
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 970 4GB
RAM: 2 sticks of 2gb 1600MHz and one 4gb 1600MHz
Power Supply: Dunno, 500 Watt (The minimum for 970)
Windows 10

Something else needed to know about my computer?

Thanks

You can upload it to a file hosting site like mediafire and post it here.

But first try opening opening it with Notepad and posting the text here inside a spoiler or code box.

First of all never upgrade ram without using the same stick u had before. If you had 1x4gb u should have got another one, not 2x2gb. Better for compatibility problems.
Can you check your component temperatures while playing?

Which series i5 do you have exactly?

Have you recently installed a new driver and/or updated a driver? Are the currently drivers, mainly CPU and GPU, at the latest version?

Use a temperature and usage monitor while gaming to see if your usage is 100% to determine if there are background programs that might be affecting your performance.

Hi, well i tested my CPU and this is its temp: https://gyazo.com/81b1dafcb260a96d01fcc863e919477c
Should i test GPU also?
About mixing the RAM Memory, at my local computer store i asked this and they simply answered it doesn't matter if you mix them. :/

PS. Intel Core i5 4590 @ 3.30GHz

Is that recorded during gaming because 10% load seems to be a bit too low for when a game is running.

Use HWINFO to test your system temperature and loads. And make sure you record it while you're gaming.

Hi. I did play when i got those temp/values on my CPU. Anyhow i did as you said, i downloaded HWINFO and think i got a recording. First i went to "Monitoring" and then on "Sensor Status". Then i pressed "Logging Start" and played. After awhile i closed CSGO and pressed "Logging Stop". Then i got this file (.CSV). What do i do with it?

Thanks for showing interest in my case. I've actually fixed my problem. I did a scan on my system and removed some viruses. Now my computer works fine. No FPS Drops/Stutters, Nothing. So my problem is solved. Thanks again for your interest in this matter.
