What is Exception EAccessViolation on in module ?

When I try to open Wondershare Video Editor it comes up with this: "Exception EAccessViolation in module 'VideoEditor.exe'. Read of adress 00000014." Does anybody know how to fix this?

Try uninstalling and re-installing the program, also check for any patches. That is a general error, could be many things, bug in the program, possibly a RAM issue although if that is the only program that has errors not likely to be RAM.
