I have recently built a gaming PC. Immediately after turning on the system, I noticed some strange "artifacting" effects in the BIOS and in the OS itself. A few weeks later, I am still plagued with the same issues after replacing the monitor, graphics card, motherboard, and cables. Attached you will find some images of the issue I am describing.
