Enough Wattage for a while?

I have to RMA my power supply and im going to use my old one while its being fixed, my old PSU is 650W im just wondering if thats enough for my system while the other is getting fixed.

My Computer:
Fx-8350
Sapphire Tri-x R9 390X (Not the backplate one)
Asus MA597 LE R 2.0
2 HDDs
2x 140mm fans
3x 120mm fans
Enermax liqtech 240
Thor V2 Case

The power supply has 1 PCIex16 connector. Sorry, you can't use it with your build. It's also probably a very poor quality unit I'd reckon. They obviously don't want people drawing a lot of power from this thing, probably because it'll spark and die, or completely fail in voltage regulation. The funny thing is they advertise Crossfire and SLI support. With one connector? I don't think so.

It's probably actually more of a 400W unit.

True but with a Visiontek I wouldn't try it personally. The GPU and CPU alone under major torture could draw around 450W on the 12V rail.
