Good psu for r9 290

i just received my r9 290 Battlefield 4 edition in the mail today and im so crazed to use it. but i need to upgrade my psu :(. i found three online and i was wondering if you could tell me which of these are the best,

none of them are particularly good choices. your looking low end power supplies. you are gonna want at least a 750w and a good quality psu.

this is the best one in terms of quality for the money.

Tier 2, $59.99 after $30.00 rebate. still lowest priced decent one before the rebate at $80 too.

expect to pay around $80 before rebates for any psu in the t1 or t2 class. if you cant afford it now, save up more. psu is the worst part you could possibly cheap out on.
