Which MOBO one should I get?

Here is my build, my first build trying to decide which or what motherboard to get, a OC mobo and preferable black or white thanks.

I was looking at the Asus Z170-AR ATX LGA1151 Motherboard or the Gigabyte GA-Z170XP-SLI ATX LGA1151 Motherboard, but I'm open to suggestions.

Personally I'd go for the ASUS z170 pro gaming for that price range. Wouldn't say spending more than that is really worth it. However I would definitely change that psu. You'd want at least a fully modular PSU for that build. Either go for EVGA or Seasonic, personally I'd swap out to the EVGA SuperNOVA 650.
