Hello, i have a question. Will my CPU AMD Phenom II X4 955 bottleneck MSI GTX 970 ? IF yes, what CPU, in the lowest price, should i upgrade? Or is there a good ways, ti overclock CPU? I have one that once, but it got annoying because everytime i restarted my computer its refrshed back to normal. Am i ok with that CPU? Thank you and sorry for my english haha

Solution
This would be plenty:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD FX-8320E 3.2GHz 8-Core Processor ($121.99 @ NCIX US)
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($54.89 @ OutletPC)
Total: $176.88
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

But you'll still see average performance in games that don't support more than 4 cores/threads. To make sure you minimal to no bottleneck at all, this will be better:

CPU: Intel Core i5-4460 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($174.89 @ OutletPC)...

Holy crap, again, more money needed. I just got a kid, got married, i'am out of money haha. Could you suggest the lowest, but good quality motherboard with CPU that wont bottleneck GTX 970?

But if the 175 dollar is more ideal in your situation, you'll still see a good step up in performance with the FX-8320E + 78LMT-USB3. You won't be able to overclock though but you'll have 8 cores.

Thank you! Would these, what i found, do the trick? Or no?
AMD FX-4300, AM3+, 3,8GHz, 4-core
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3P, AMD AM3+, 970/SB950, DDR3, ATX

IMO Do not waste money on an AM3+ platform. You will not see a noticeable difference compared to what you have now, and it will still bottleneck a 970. Wait and upgrade when you have the money.

I think i could work with these?
AMD FX-8320 3.5GHZ 16MB 125W PIB BOX AM3+
ASROCK 970 PRO3 R2.0 AM3+AMD970 ATX

Only problem is that i dont know does those shops you posted ship to the Finland. Thats why i need to buy them from here, in finland, which cost more.

EDIT:
Ok, i think, these will do the trick?
i5-4460 3.20GHz LGA1150 TRAY
ASROCK H81M-VG4 R2.0 SocketLGA1150

Basically, I would only suggest the AMD FX-8320E with cheaper 970 chipset motherboards, because it runs at 95w TDP. The FX-8320 runs 125w TDP and is ideal for 970 chipset motherboards with good VRM cooling.

And yeah i5-4460 + H81 should work fine and will give you great performance.
