I recently installed a Noctua NF-F12 into the bottom slot of my Corsair 200R ATX tower. I have the same fan installed to the top of my case and it is generally quiet, but the bottom one is always noisy even while running at lower RPMs. Is the fact that there is no rubber divider between the fan and the case an issue? Should I just remove it from the bottom and instead use it to replace the case's stock front fan? Sorry for any ignorance on the subject. This is my first build.
