No hdd led showing up
bios isn't booting up
after removing ram no beep sounds
cpu fan and psu fan are working fine.....
unable to figure out the problem...

Try to disconnect first the HDD sata and power connectors, remove display card and insert it again including RAM, try to reset also the BIOS by changing bios jumper to clear and remove the battery and insert it again and return jumper to normal. And test your mobo if will display or have a beep code. If not replace your MOBO.
