Hello! So a couple of months ago all of a sudden my internet connection at home started making issues all the time. Basically we've been using the same ISP for over a year and a half and have always paid for the exact same plan, but now the internet connection is absolutely terrible compared to what we had before. The problem doesn't lie on any of the computers at home for sure, as every new device that connects to the network has the same experience - struggling to load youtube videos even at 360p, webpages take approx. 5 minutes to load, even the images in google search take their time to load. And since I'm an avid gamer the internet connection has screwed over my ranks in various games, just because I have to forcefully disconnect. You can see my speedtest in the attached image here:

And here is what happens when i type in "ping google.com" in cmd:

The experience feels as if the network itself has been overloaded heavily and has trouble with all of the information.
Thanks in advance to everyone :)

Solution
Before blaming your ISP - if there is separate modem, connect your computer directly to the modem. If it is combo modem/router, disconnect all other Ethernet cables, disable WiFi, and connect your computer only, then repeat the tests. Only after that you will know who to blame.
