Last night i was playing just cause 3 just fine with the controller.

Earlier today i connected the controller back to ps4 and played and loaded the controller with Usb-cable.

Today i connected the controller back to PC but DS4 did not recognize the controller anymore nor did any lights show up on the controller itself.

The controller did not show up on devices neither.

I have tried different usb slots

Solution
There's a tiny pinhole on the back of the controller near a screw, by the L2 trigger button. Try pressing that in to see if it clears it up.

In Windows 10, it just shows up as "wireless controller".

Hey I have the exact same issue. However i tried pressing the reset button multiple times and it didn't work. is there something else you could do to fix this ? I literally have the exact issue however. Windows 10 showing up as wireless controller under unspecified. I beleive this is part of the issue? I've tried different USB's and that didnt work. but i only have 2 but one of them used to work with my PC just fine.
