What size power supply do I need to buy?

Hi, I'm back! And after resolving the whole ram speed issue I've decided to create another one in hope of finishing out what would be the best PSU for me to buy for my build. My specs are as followers;
AMD 8370 4Ghz
24GB Kingston hyperx beast ram 2133MHz
Corsair hydro h60 cpu cooler
MSI NVIDIA gtx 970 gpu
Asus m5a99fx pro r2.0
2tb internal HDD
250gb internal SSD
After a bit of looking about it seemed like I might have been looking at a PSU with too much wattage, more than I need basically. So any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. would like to purchase another msi nvidia gtx 970 to run in sli in the near (ish) future.

Yeah so I was looking at way too much power! Would you mind recommending a potential suggestion for a PSU? When you say high quality I take it your referring to a good quality brand?

right cheers. I think as I have the money I might just go for this model not that ill need the wattage but just in case I ever do some serious upgrades. would you just be able to tell me if there is a difference in these two psu's please.
