Hi everyone:

I built my 1st gamig pc a week ago. Bought most of the new components in a german store even though I'm living in Austria and even though I'm Spanish :D .The case was purchased in an austrian store. Here is the config that I'm running as I write:

Mobo Asus Sabertooth z97 Mark S
CPU Intel i7-4790k
CPU Cooler Cooler Master V8
RAM Crucial Ballistix DDR3 16GB (2x8) 1600 CL8 VLP Tactical
Case Thermal Take Supressor F51 (no window)
PSU Corsair TX 750 (Model 75-001309) (From previous PC, couple years old)
Storage Samsung 250GB 850 EVO (New, main SSD with Win 10 installation)
Toshiba SSD 128GB THNSNH128GBST (Couple years old, secondary SSD storage)
2x (3x soon) 300GB SATA HDDS from other old laptops from friends for just storage
GPU Nvidia GT 630 (From previous PC, I know it's lame for this rig :D. It's just because of my DVI & RGB monitors as. I'm actually using the CPU GPU, Intel HD Graphics 4600, until I get to buy the planned Nvidia GTX 970, 980 or 980ti as soon as possible)

I would like to have some advice on these points:

1. CPU Cooler: It was a hell of a job installing it on the Sabertooth mark S but I achieved it, not without a LOT of patience of course. As I haven't tried it with a proper GPU nor really big load for a long period (even though Rust runs playable with just quality 1. Diablo 3 runs perfectly with everything activated), can't talk about the CPU getting too hot (which I know it will, but hopefully sharing the load on a high end GPU will not make it THAT warm). My point is, will it be enough for the CPU? Should I send it back to the retail store and get some H100i GTX or similar liquid cooling system?

2. PSU: I believe with that model number I have the V3. Will the stability/life of my system/componets be compromised with such a PSU? Will it be enough when I install a high-end GPU? I know with an hypothetical future 2nd GPU one will be a mandatory thing but I'm talking in the short-term here now.

3. Case cooling system will be of course improved as for the moment is just running with the default rear 14cm und front 20cm fans. Will use for example the two 12cm from the previous PC once cleaned :D and so on.

4. Overall, what do you think about my 1st rig? I always wanted to build a proper one but never had the money in order to achieve it so I'm quite proud but at the same time sceptic about if I chose the right components.

Many thanks in advance.

Cheers!

Thanks. I love your build too, the performance you're getting with those parts and the one I some day expect to get will not be that different if we think about it for a moment. It's all about the Processor & GPU, Ram as well. You have the most important parts, from there you can just go step by step, better and better upgrading whenever you want / can while you enjoy your massive fps rates :D
