Hello Guys,

My problem is really so so sooo different and I can not fix it even if I have tried maybe thousands solving types, whatever

I have G3258 4.4 ghz and I m only playing War Thunder and Dota 2 but DOTA 2 randomly sometimes bring with BSOD while gameplay anyway let me to provide you details

I was giving higher voltage and VCCIN to my cpu temps were ok full load 48 degree,
Vcore: 1.53v
VCCIN: 2.060

and as far as I can see many pc users got the 4.4ghz with 1.25v anyway I tried to play DOTA 2 with higher voltage but not fixed,

then I downclocked cpu to 4.3ghz with 1.4vcore voltage and 2.0 VCCIN and again today I got BSOD

and Intelburntest I got level 50 without BSOD and played war thunder maybe 10 hours but not BSOD only and only DOTA 2 gives me BSOD randomly
also Prime95 1 hour+ without BSOD

anyway Please help me,I m obsessive with the problem,What is the reason and What the heck BSOD in only DOTA 2,BSOD type is (Machine check exception and ....not handled kind of these)

Hope,U can solve this...

Asus H97 plus mobo
GTX 660
Creative 7.1 sb audigy
Corsair 80+ 650w psu
G3258
and Kingston 8gb ram (7-7-7-21 1333mhz with 1.7v)

Thank you...

Temp is bad however it is caused, you are safe here.
Voltage is bad regardless of temp, in my opinion you are not safe here. You will be reducing the longevity of your chip. Possibly down to months, possibly not.

Go back to 3.2 make sure it is stable then go to 3.8 test it, then 3.9 test it, then 4.0 test it.
does it do it at stock?
I had a stable OC that was perfect except for BF3. start working your way up from Stock, your voltage seems high so I wouldn't increase the voltage. Once you have to start increasing the voltage to maintain stability then you are getting close to the edge for YOUR chip (they are all different).

Thank you for your answers, but every minutes I m checking to temperatures and no more than 55 celcius, however now I m running it with 4.3ghz 1.45v and 2.0 VCCIN and If I get one more time BSOD I will say so polite words to G3258 and turned back it to stock 3.2ghz and no more overclock:(

and could you tell me? I just wonder for example If you give voltage to CPU like 1.9 vcore and If temperature is like 20 celcius,Is it dangerous even if temps are pretty good?

Okay thank you but actually This chip is giving me BSOD and killed my fun while playing DOTA anyway I don't care its longevity and very bad chip I read one article and one guy wrote this

"IF YOU BUY G3258,THAT'S MEAN YOU ARE BUYING SILICON LOTTERY"

and my lottery is failed again:(

Thank you brother,If I get enough money I will buy 4790 even if the g3258 ok...
