Since my motherboard supports only AM3 sockets. AMD FX-8350, AM3+, 4,0GHz, 8-core or i5-4460, LGA1150, 3.2GHz

Solution wildfire707 Jan 13, 2016 In games, the i5 CPUs will normally perform better. If your are going to get both a CPU and motherboard, I would go for the i5-4460 that you mentioned and an ASRock H97 Anniversary motherboard. CPU: Intel i5-4460 $175 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/intel-cpu-bx80646i54460 Motherboard: ASRock H97 Anniversary $72 http://pcpartpicker.com/part/asrock-motherboard-h97anniversary ----------------------------- Total $247 Good luck with your new video card!
