Now I know it's a good PC, but can this run lots of future games on ultra or high setting with a stable 60fps?

I want to play Skyrim with lots of mods and enb so that's also a factor to note.
And will these parts be outdated anytime soon? I'm really worried I will just waste my money if I buy soon to be outdated equipment.
