Ok, im having a weird little issue. Whenever i open my MSI AB i cant OC my card at all, and i figured its because of the "global overclock" in "AMD settings". The core clock is fine, but using MSI AB i cant get the memory clock to anything below 1450, even though 1250 is stock. In AMD settings global overdrive, the slider for memory clock wont go below 1450 either, and i dont know why.
