Choose graphics card

Solution
Replace the power supply with any model of equivalent wattage, but Fully Modular and 80+ Gold, and it will be a decent or better PSU.

The R9 380 is better than the GTX 960.
Buy an EVGA b-stock (factory re-certified) GTX 970 (http://www.evga.com/Products/ProductList.aspx?type=8&family=GeForce+900+Series+Family&chipset=GTX+970).

They had inventory on Monday but by today, they are sold out. It is about the same price as a brand new GTX 960, but has a lot more performance for the money. If you can't wait the 5-7 days then I would personally go for the R9 380, if your power supply has the quality and wattage to support it:

What are the rest of your specs, including your power supply's mfg and model #?
