So, it says that I am receiving around 7-10 Mbps and all I am running is just Skype and chrome with one tab. But then when I go to download something (world of warships) it is only downloading at most 800 Kbps I made sure I had all the drivers new everything is good. but I am getting a slow connection speed. I have a straight line go to the router with cat 6 cable. when i look where it is connected on my router there is a orange color witch means slow connection speed. I been trying to figure this out all day, please please help.

Thank You so very much!

It says (18 Mbps I/O 1%network utilization) is that the problem?
And I and only using 2,500,000 bytes?

7 Megabits per second is equivalent to about 800 Killobytes per second so you are getting the correct speed.

As I said - this is your current "internet consumption". Drill down in processes, and find out who is responsible for that.
How you came to this "only using 2,500,000 bytes"?
