Will buying this GPU increase H1Z1 Performance

So right now.. I'm playing H1Z1 and it runs okay on low-medium settings on my pc. I was wondering If i upgraded my GPU to a NVIDIA Geforce GTX 750 Ti, then I will run the game smooth 50+ Fps.. Medium settings atleast or even better HIGH

My current PC SPECS:
Intel i7 920 @ 2.67 GHz
Dell Studio XPS 435T/9000 Motherboard ( Intel X58 Chipset )
Current GPU: NVIDIA Geforce GTX 550 Ti
11 GB RAM DDR3
600 W PSU
Windows 7 64-bit

You definitely will see significant improvement. If you want to test to see if your CPU or GPU is whats holding you back. Decrease your graphics settings dramatically(specifically quality settings, not view distance or similar since that is storage and CPU intense), if your framerate drastically increases, your GPU is the bottleneck and a newer, improved GPU will benefit you.
