Well despite fredfinks subjective opinions that the only case around worthwhile is the define r5, the mastercase pro5 and h440 get pretty good reviews. Something to consider is whether or not you need room for an optical drive, cases like h440 don't have any external bays so that may or may not present a problem.
What sort of budget range? What sort of coolers do you plan to use? These things make a difference, if planning to use larger air cooler for instance the corsair spec 01/02/03 are out since they're pretty narrow. The corsair 750d is a nice case, so is the enthoo pro or entho pro m if the pro is a bit too large. Part of choosing a case is personal taste/looks, another part depends on your hardware and whether or not current/future planned hardware will easily fit.
Having a window is a personal choice and doesn't necessarily mean 'disco show' nor noisy. People who are under that misconception likely haven't seen a windowed build since the early 2000's. Unless the case is really cheaply built, loose, rattling etc or using small high rpm fans, there's no real excuse for a noisy case unless using poor quality fans.
