I have recently bought 2x Corsair Air Series AF120mm Quite Edition to be installed into my case.

I would like to lower down my GPU temperature as much as possible and know what would be the best setup. (I have a reference card which can get upto 90C)

Black Arrow = Fans already installed
Orange = Available Space for new fans I bought

My computer does collect dust which I do clean once a month and the area I'm at is usually quite cold. (Negative Airflow)

Well looking at it the single fan on the opening of the case to access it pulling air in.
The two front also pulling air in.

And the two you have that can be mounted on the other side of the case panel close to the motherboard mounting plate of the case drawing air out.

The three for air in and three for air out of the case, if all the fans are of the same size.
Equal air pressure and CFM rate.
Minus the PSU fans for cooling the internal components of it.

Would it be fine if I use the two fans for intake from the front or should I split one at front intake and top exhaust. I just want to know what is the best for lowering GPU temperature

thanks

It's unconventional but you could try setting the top fans to intake as long as the CPU cooler is passing it's hot air out through the back without to much delay.

In your case I would opt for positive pressure mainly because you have a reference card. As Nouvuake stated reference coolers dump the majority of the hot air out of the back of the case, exhausting by the GPU is pointless, better to feed it with cool air. So in my opinion the only exhaust you need is at the back for the CPU.

It's worth a try anyway.

Good luck.
