Will my Intel® Core™ i3-4150 3,5GHz
processor hold back my NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 gpu?

and which gpu is better the
AMD A8-7600 Radeon R7, 10 Compute Cores 4C+6G because its quad core or the
Intel® Core™ i3-4150 3,5GHz

Then yes, that is obviously the better patch. The FX-8320E is in my opinion the best budget choice in the market as it doesn't have to be upgraded for a while and doesn't throttle with a 760G chipset motherboard because it runs at safe speeds and runs at 95w TDP just like the FX-6300. Good for multitasking too. Actually an underrated choice in my mind.
