can i use 2 or even 3 graphics cards, or integrated graphics with 2 graphics cards at the same time?

hello :) i have the R7 250, Asus. I also have the MSI gtx 470. both overclocked (not very high) and my intel 4600hd graphics..(I have my i5 4690k clocked at 4.4ghz) I can plug in monitors to all of them. I have 9 monitors running at very low resolution, 6 at a little better, 4 at GOOD resolution, and 3 Monitors at GREAT 1920x1080. (with 1 monitor plugged into each video card's/motherboard's port) does this mean that I am getting a performance boost? is this like super cool? or is it bad? or is it just nothing special? i AM using 9 monitors (if i want, they all work at same time.. its just crappy)
.. what I'm asking is...
if the video cards, and the integrated graphics ports, are all able to be hooked up to monitors, and produce video, does that mean they are all working together, or are they working independently of each other, or is only the strongest of the three working and the rest are just being utilized as video ports? when I plug into the r7 250 everything looks much nicer than the other 2. the Msi GTX 470 is closest to the processor, but it has a cruddy picture in comparison. but the gtx 470 is a better card, or not anymore? is one better for gaming and one better for something else? if so, what? . also, when I take out the gtx470, the R7250 quality goes down, not just to me, to 3 other people as well.. does that mean the gtx470 is boosting the r7 250? .. or is there a bunch of stuff I just don't know to take into account?

Solution
Its definitely possible. It just needs to enabled in the bios (typically listed as iGPU). Performance boost? No, since integrated graphics are generally weaker than discrete cards. I wont be able to tell you if this 9 monitor setup will work with your configuration, but your video cards may limit how many monitors can be used despite the cards having more ports.
