Foolishly, i decided to install a new preset with the PX3 Presets Manager - as soon as it downloaded my sound was gone. I've tried restarting the PC, restarting the headset and the USB receiver. I've even tried to insert the USB that comes along into the pc (the one that connects to the receiver).
and yes - it is set as my default device - when watching a video the bars in the playback are moving up and down as if it was working but no sound what so ever is coming out.
