What GPU is better?

Solution
I'd go for the sapphire but its not because of the OC. The build quality and noise from the xfx cards has been very flakey over the past 2 years. It is getting better but on a whole the sapphire range is pretty good in build quality, noise levels and judging by the numbers, in this case slightly faster.

Well, it is always worth the cost when it comes to new GPUs & CPUs, speaking of which, why don you get an AMD Radeon R9 280X for some $10-15 more, its a bit more powerful than it's small brother AMD Radeon R9 280.
