Best budget/affordable Z170 motherboard?

Hi all!

In my initial efforts to prepare for my new build, I'm a bit unsure of which motherboard to buy. I have been looking at the MSI Z170 PC MATE, so the price should around that, maybe a little higher. Requirements are the ability to overclock and DDR4 ram with speeds around 3200. Any suggestions?

Gigabyte z170m d3h which is about $106, I found on a local shop

I think its a good overclocking budget Board
