Sounds like a power surge may have hit your computer and fried some of the components. If it won't turn on I suggest getting a different psu(buy or from friend) and see if your system will boot. You may have more damaged components then just a psu.

Yeah it sounds like the power supply fried, but can you give some more info on what happened? This is too vague to be able to provide any sort of assistance without knowing some more details.

Inspect your build for damage , could be a few things , if it smells burnt.
