I can ping my local server but i cant connect over extrenal ip but others can.

I hosted local webserver and srcds(counter strike source) server with sourcebans(plugin with website support). Website and server are hosted from same pc/network. I have option in sourcebans website to add my server but when i put extrenal ip it says error connecting. When i put local ip it works. But then others cant connect. I tryed noip ddns but also dosent work. Others can connect to css server over extrenal ip but i cant. Im behind nat router Huawei HG552e. Everything had worked on cable modem but on adsl modem with same settings doesnt. I tryed making all over again but still nothing. Normally, if you are using the external IP as your internet, you can't connect back to it. Outside people connect via external IP, you have to connect via internal IP.

Hard to say what you actually need to get accomplished and why you can't just use the internal IP address. The feature you want is called hairpin but is not supported on a lot of routers. Now if you really want to hack it you can put the dns entry for your server in your host file and map it to the internal ip. Just do not forget you did it especially if the ip of the server would change.
