Is there any reason jot to bite the bullet and buy my proposed pc? Also will 3x140 fans in create positive pressure with 1x140 and 2x120 out? Anyone suggest fans comparable to the case fans for about £10?

Thank you

The components that may drop in price are not the 'big ticket' items. Ram & Storage may reduce in time, but then your head may be turned by newer models.

The CPU, Motherboard & GPU aren't going to be changing in price much for a while yet.

Ultimately, I don't think there's ever a 'perfect' time to buy components. Black Friday/Boxing Day are probably the best, but generally it's older tech you can have for 'cheap'. (and Black Friday hasn't made it to the UK at the level of the US etc). If that's the setup you want (and it is a good build) then now is as good a time as any.

Fan size or number isn't the only thing that impacts positive or negative pressure. Positive, you'll have more air in than out. How quickly your fans are...

On the info you've provided, it's reasonable to assume that fan layout would result in positive pressure, but without further info, it's impossible to confirm 100%
