i just in hurry to buy new PSU for my system, i use:

biostar tseries
i5 2500
1x corsair 8gb
WD caviar blue 150GB, 500GB, 700GB
WD caviar green 5T
3 DVDRW lite on
nvidia quadro 600
deepcool gammax 300
UPS APC 800va = 480watt

i think buying new psu with bigger watt for future upgrades. i heard that OEM products dont have component as good as retail product, is it true of false? if true, is PSU SEASONIC G650 (retail) can handle my system? and if i choose SEASONIC X850W (OEM), can my ups handle it when there is outages? and for how long. The local price of these two pruducts are almost similar.

OEM vs retail is merely the packaging and accessories that might differ. Seasonic is Seasonic and always great. Get the wattage that's nearest (but larger) than your estimated requirements. Consider if you want the convenience of Modular cobales in terms of neatness and lack of clutter.

Good luck.

Products sold to OEMs are more likely "made to a price", and so may not be as good as premium retail products, although you'd still expect them to be reliable (because no-one wants to be dealing with large-scale returns, which are costly to deal with). However, in this case it just refers to the packaging.

Both are very good. The X-Series is Seasonics' premium line, and some of their best PSUs. The 850W is from the "old" KM series, which was succeeded by the Platinum rated 860W XP2 model (although it is still an excellent unit) - I don't believe there are units above that.
