Hello i do own this setup

CPU Athlon x4 860k Quad Core 3.7Ghz
MOBO Gigabyte F2A88XM-D3H
PSU Cooler Master M 600W
GPU Sapphire R9 280x Vapor-X x3
RAM G.SKILL Ripjaws.X 2x4GB 2133Mhz

Does it worth to use the Corsair Hydro H80 and Overclock my CPU?? I want to reach like 4.4-4.5Ghz. I am mainly playing MMORGPS like Aion and waiting for Blade and Soul.. i am just worried about the FPS drops.

Thanks in advance.

That little case has the capacity for 240mm coolers, yes. But the board you have is not designed for very much OC'ing. It doesn't have any heat sink over the VRMs. You may be better off using the H60 cooler (or the H80) and not expecting much more than what I got. The VRMs will get extremely hot when OC'ed and could fail if you take it too high.

Probably. I used the Corsair H60 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835181030
...to get mine to 4.2 GHz. I can't remember if I was temp locked from going any further, or the chip just wasn't a good one. It's been too long to remember. But if you can squeeze a 240mm cooler in your case, you might get better OCs. Using 2133 MHz memory will help squeeze a bit more out as well.

But the 280X is a bit much for that platform. Have you checked your CPU usage vs GPU usage?

Sorry but i am not that expert on that kind of stuff. I got that GPU cause i thought it will not be an overkill and won't need a better one for that CPU. So with a 240mm radiator it might help me go more on the OC??

Case i have the Fractal Design Node 804 i might be able to use a bigger radiator but won't be too much for an x4 860k?

Hmm i see... what do you think then? It might be better selling my CPU and MOBO replacing them with an intel i5-4460 and an Asus H97M-E or add the Corsair Hydro and try to OC the x4 860k?? changing my MOBO to an other like an Asus A88XM it will be more money considering that i will have to buy the corsair hydro too.. tbh i am a little desperate :D I just don't want to have FPS drops at the games i am playing and be smooth.

Obviously, the Intel platform would be the best way to go. If you already have the 860K system in service, run it and see if there is a FPS problem. If not, save yourself some money and enjoy what you have. I wouldn't spend anymore on the 860K platform, tho. The gains will be minimal.
