Having pixelation issues with my GPU

I have a Zotac Gtx 970 extreme amp core edition and its factory oc'd. I began to have an issue where I see pixelation on the desktop. Now it doesn't show when the os is loading, just the desktop and it will continue to be there until I start up a game. Then it will go away. If I return to the desktop it's gone. If I restart I have the same issue. I tried re installing the drivers, switching the cables/output type, checking to make sure the integrated graphics were turned off, which the integrated works fine so I know it's to do with the GPU, and I've tried seating it again and cleaning the contacts. Anyone ever had an issue like this or could give some insight before I have to RMA this card? Thanks in advance guys.

I would go ahead and RMA it, you've done everything possible really and unless you have a second computer you could test the card in there's not much to be done other than that

Yeah, I agree. Just figured I'd ask to see if anyone else maybe had this problem. I was hoping I could fix it before I have to resort to the dreaded RMA process. In a small way I hope it's just that specific GPU and not a conflict on my system. Thanks for your help, anyway bud.
