Use this program to determine the complete specifications of your system.

You can either screenshot it or type it in.

From an Egyptian retailer site, I found a R7 360 2GB for 200 EGP over your budget. (http://egypt.souq.com/eg-en/sapphire-nitro-r7-360-oc-graphics-card-2gb-gddr5-9705685/i/)

Are there any sites you'll use to purchase these things?

If I use US sites, there will probably be international shipping meaning the price will be much higher.

Where are you from? Also, before buy a GTX 750Ti, i recommend to see the PSU, you need to take a photo of the supply, we need to know if its generic.

Why i'm saying this? You can use a generic, but isn't trusted and in case of failure can burn whole pc system.

iam not gonna buy the stuff alone gonna have a guy who understand in this kinda stuff with me i just want to know what should i buy

The truth is, you can buy any card you want. BUT, your system is old, and any of the top GPU todays (980, 970, 390, 380) will not be have the best performance in your system.

A 750Ti is a good card, doesn't requires a extra power , only with the power supplied by PCI Slot is fine.

Now, why i'm talking about PSU? Well, you need at least -trusted- 300W to run this.

Do your current PSU have this wattage? Well, hard to say. That's why i'm saying we need a photo from your psu. If this doesn't have the wattage required, you will need a new power supply.

Now, what if your power supply have 300W but its generic? can i use it? Well, yes, you can use it, but is not recommended and reason are in my previously post.

i hope my post can help you!

what do i screen shot to show you the psu thing

You physically turn off your computer, open it up and look at the label of model, brand and wattage of your power supply.
