hello,
i want to build my first gaming PC. i was wondering if you could build me a computer using pcpartpicker.com some of the things i would like in the build; at least 16 GB of ram, an optical drive with Blu-ray, gigabit Ethernet, a graphics card with at least 4GB of ram, and lastly the phanteks enthoo luxe white case [http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811854007]

for the processor id like an i7, i don't know much about them but i was looking at the i7-6700k. micro center has it on sale for $399.99 right now would it be good for games like Garry Mod and GTA V? or an high end i5, that could handle anything

i basically want this computer for multitasking, school things and some light / medium gaming. possibly photo editing

Solution
Can you please tell me your budget ($700-1000 is a bit wide), your resolution, you intentions for the build (streaming, video editing, what kind of multi-tasking etc.)?
The MicroCenter prices are unbeatable if you live near one and it's even cheaper when you bundle it with the motherboard. The only problem is that it's in store only.

Over your budget, but if I were to cut corners, I'd use a cheaper case.

i accidentally hit solved, more around the $800 - $900 range, i don't intend to stream, maybe record but if i wanted to stream id like it to handle it. video editing like at 1080p nothing over that, multitasking like multiple things open without slow downs

Thank you, and yes i have a micro center near me in Towson, MD which is about 30 minutes away. i think im willing to go to about $1100 but it would just a little longer to get the build going. what do you think about cooling?
