So what happens is that the other PC on the network will slow down to an unusable speed when my PC connects. I have ran numerous Antivirus scans with Norton and malware scans with malware-bytes and they both say I'm clean.
Just to make sure this is clear, my PC just being on will slow down the other PC. Mine is connected by Ethernet, the other by WiFi
